This reversible winter stroller pad, approx. 36 × 80 cm, features openings for safety harness straps and blends the best of nature: heat-regulating merino wool and soft organic cotton flannel with GOTS certification. Natural materials—what to expect
- Light shedding is normal: natural merino fibres may release fine hairs; this is a property, not a defect.
- Lanolin scent: merino contains lanolin and may carry a gentle “sheepy” smell. If you dislike this, keep the organic cotton side facing the child.
Safety notes
Important: Soft pads are generally not recommended for unsupervised sleep for babies under 12 months—especially when lying prone—due to a risk of suffocation. Use the pad in the stroller for outings, awake time, and supervised naps. For the youngest babies, we recommend letting the child lie on the organic cotton side while the merino underneath provides gentle warmth.
Care instructions (for long-lasting comfort)
- Wash: hand-wash only with a wool-safe detergent.
- Fabric softener: do not use—it damages wool fibres.
- Drying: do not tumble dry. Gently press out excess water in a towel and dry flat, away from direct heat or sunlight.
- Fuzz care: occasional loose fibres can be removed by gentle shaking or a very soft brush.

How to use
- Place the pad in the stroller as needed—on colder days, keep the merino side underneath to create a warm “cushion”; in freezing weather you may face merino towards the child (consider skin sensitivity).
- Thread the harness straps through the openings and check proper strap routing.
- Spot-clean small stains; for full care, follow the hand-wash instructions above.
Tip: Prefer a neutral scent? Keep organic cotton next to the skin and use merino as the insulating underside—this preserves warmth and breathability with minimal smell.
